Renee Simms is vice president, of insurance corporate, with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust and has been with the firm for more than 24 years. She also serves on the Risk Managers’ Executive Council for Factory Mutual Insurance Co. and is a co-founder and co-chair of a peer-to-peer risk managers’ roundtable with 24 members from North America’s commercial real estate industry.

Youssef Baki is a structurer for the innovative risk solutions team at Swiss Re. He works with corporates and public entities to develop tailored products to address unique exposures. Baki joined Swiss Re through the Graduate Rotational Program, during which he completed rotations in Zurich in asset management and business development.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Dominika Malycha is a senior vice-president and member of Aon’s risk management practice. She’s responsible for all aspects of client service, including analyzing clients’ businesses to understand emerging risks and evaluating insurance proposals. Her expertise includes large global clients with a focus on real estate, health care, and not-for-profit risk profiles.
